New Hampshire Chapter of NAIFA - Benefits of local membership:
Members can count on 5 to 6 local chapter meeting per year. The meetings are held at the Cat N'Fiddle restaurant off of Exit 13 of Rt. 93 in Concord, NH.
Our meetings include networking time, meeting time, interesting speakers, and timely local news and/or events that affect the appraisal industry and our members.
Our Chapter places much emphais on education and designations. Many members have received designations and they are willing to help other members achieve the same. One-on- one coaching and demonstration workshops are being considered.
We plan on offering continuing education on interesting topics in 2 to 4 hour time blocks in 2009. The cost of education to members will be extremely affordable compared to non-member pricing and other real estate appraisal schools and organizations.
We offer a yearly USPAP Update class at greatly reduced pricing for members. With NH NAIFA, it will be easy to stay current with licensing's continuing education requirements.
NH NAIFA has continued support from the national association. Within our membership are representatives to TAFAC and TAF who share updates and changes within our industry as they happen.
You are experiencing a new improved website that is user friendly for members. The website will be marketed to users of appraisals as a means to increase member's business.
NH NAIFA is comprised of a close network of appraisers that will share knowledge and advice - they are just a phone call or email away.
Members share leads on incoming work. When an assignment is outside of their primary or secondary territory; members will recommend work placement to other members inside the needed territory.
NH NAIFA holds an annual holiday party to celebrate our membership!
