During the last two years the New Hampshire Chapter of NAIFA has concentrated on offering continuing education courses that were diverse, interesting and relevant. In 2008 so far we have offered 4 classes for a total of 16 hours of continuing education. The classes were:

• Beyond Paired Sales 1 for 4 hours
• Beyond Paired Sales 2 for 3 hours
• NH Shoreland Protection Act for 2 hours
• 2008 National USPAP Update for 7 hours

In 2007 the NH Chapter offered 5 classes for 23.5 hours of continuing education. The roster was:

• Subdivision Analysis for 3.5 hours
• The Tax Abatement Process for 4 hours
• Reverse Mortgage Seminar for 2 hours
• Scope of Work for 7 hours
• 2007 National USPAP Update for 7 hours

The Chapter is creating the educational calendar for 2009 presently. We expect to have at least 14 hours of continuing education including a National USPAP Update class. When the classes are finalized they will appear in the educational calendar on this website. The NH Chapter of NAIFA strives to offer affordable and convenient educational offerings that benefit our membership as well as the appraiser community at large.
